The members of BAPP follow all the legal obligations that apply to their sector within the framework of corporate social responsibility. These include environmental regulations, food safety rules, toy safety and clothing safety. BAPP members are committed to respecting these laws and regulations in their code of conduct.

This commitment offers their customers the certainty that they will avoid unpleasant surprises when purchasing promotional products and business gifts. Indeed, all companies in Belgium have to comply with these rules, otherwise they run the risk of financial penalties.

BAPP has contacts with various organizations, such as Bebat, Auvibel, Recupel, Valipac, Fost Plus. Thus, the association keeps its members informed of possible changes and can also represent and defend them before these organizations.

The list of organizations communicated is not limitative, there are also regulations concerning beverages and foodstuffs and health products.
