Fabrice – The Calculator Who Always Has an Opinion

If there’s one person who gets straight to the point, it’s Fabrice.

With his background and experience in finance, he has naturally become the BAPP’s numbers expert. Numbers are his playground, but every idea also passes through his analytical lens. He says what he thinks—openly and honestly—because he believes that transparent discussions always lead to better decisions.

Jean – Our Compass

Jean may be the man behind CarryOn, but within the Board, he is above all our point of reference.

His experience, combined with his legendary calm, brings balance to every discussion. His contributions are always thoughtful, relevant, and provide clear direction. And when he speaks… everyone listens.

Ulrick – Building Bridges Beyond Borders

Ulrick prefers working behind the scenes rather than in the spotlight.

With an international mindset, he looks far beyond Belgium’s borders. Convinced that the future lies in European collaboration, he works to strengthen BAPP’s position on the international stage. Quiet by nature, but driven by a clear vision for the future.

Julien – The Captain at the Helm

As President, Julien represents BAPP with conviction.

He brings people together, sets the course for our association, and isn’t afraid to put challenges on the table so we can tackle them together. Because moving forward also means having the courage to look ahead.

Michel brings a wealth of experience to the Board.

With his expertise in textile printing and team management, Olivier brings a highly practical perspective to our industry.

Eva – The Team’s Driving Energy

If there’s one person who gets projects moving, it’s Eva.

Dedicated, meticulous, and detail-oriented, Sylvie likes to fully understand every aspect before forming an opinion.

She analyzes, asks the right questions, and stands by her convictions with honesty—always in a constructive spirit.
