CODE OF CONDUCT

In 2017, BAPP drafted a code of conduct for its members to professionalize the product media sector. Members commit to respecting the following points:

  1. Clearly define the services offered by the company (description of its activity).
  2. Effectively monitor the smooth processing of orders, including proofs and delivery times.
  3. Make every effort to resolve any complaints as efficiently as possible.
  4. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in professional and social activities.
  5. Comply with legal requirements regarding Auvibel, Bebat, Recupel, Fost Plus, Val-I-Pac, AFSCA, and others.
  6. Offer products and services that do not harm people, the environment, or society.
  7. Respect human rights and the environment and fully assume social responsibilities toward stakeholders.
  8. Maintain “Professional and Civil Liability” insurance.
  9. Respect the copyright of clients and suppliers and do not use their data, trademarks, or logos without prior consent.
  10. Comply with current European standards (e.g., REACH, RoHS, CE, etc.).
  11. Attend the General Assembly or, in case of absence, be represented.
  12. Organize ongoing training for internal and external staff to ensure their professional and personal development.
  13. Support and promote BAPP membership, the code of conduct, programs, and activities.

By adhering to this code of conduct, BAPP members demonstrate their commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellence in the promotional products sector.
