EAC: stronger European cooperation
BAPP continues to build bridges. This time, at European level.
Our President, Julien, took part in the latest meeting of the European Associations Cooperation (EAC).
This organisation brings together the national associations in the sector to build a shared future for Product Media.
Its mission?
To represent BAPP and defend the values that drive us every day: professionalism, quality, collaboration, transparency and sustainability. The EAC is evolving rapidly.
Several projects are currently underway to strengthen the visibility of our sector in Europe.
Among them:
- a directory of member associations;
- a shared library of communication materials;
- a European knowledge base;
- a new website; and soon,
- a European newsletter. But the EAC is not limited to communication.
The working groups are also looking at the major dossiers that will have a direct impact on our profession.
The Digital Product Passport (DPP), the GPSR, REACH, product safety, the environment, textiles, electronics, labelling and imports are at the heart of the discussions.
For BAPP, being present at these exchanges is essential.
It enables us to anticipate market developments.
To exchange with our European counterparts.
To share best practices.
And above all, to make the voice of Belgian distributors and suppliers heard.
Because the future of our sector is built together.
And BAPP intends to play a major role in it.
