GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE EXHIBITORS

1. The BAPP NETWORKING GIFT SHOW is an initiative of the BAPP (Belgian Association of Promotional Products). The main goal is to stimulate cooperation between our suppliers and other media product advisers. Our exhibitors will have the opportunity to introduce their latest items and main products ;

2. Only BAPP members in order of payment (membership fee + exhibition invoice) are admitted ;

3. The exhibitor might either bring his own modular stand either use the furniture at his disposal. If the exhibitor brings his own material, it might not exceed the allowed surface of the stand.
We recommand the exhibitor to bring roll up banners to fit out your stand;

4. The BAPP will not be held responsible for the stolen merchandises and private belongings as well incidents/accidents in the framework of the Networking Gift Show;

5. Recommandation to our members : focus on your best products and innovations/ Showing less=more !

6. Attention : the maximal height is 2m. If an exhibitor needs more height, please let us know ;

7. It is strictly forbidden to place any marketing item in the common areas. Please respect carefully this indication to ensure a smooth and successful show. The BAPP staff members will pay specific attention to this restriction ;

8. Disposal of empties : exhibitors might leave their empty cartons if flated and folded ;

9. Code of good practice : courtesy is the keyword of the event as the main purpose of the Show is to meet as many advisors-distributors as possible.
