Are you placing batteries \u2013 including those built into products \u2013 on the Belgian market for the first time? If so, the legal requirements relating to batteries may apply to you. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

USB sticks and certain other data storage devices may be subject to the Auvibel levy for private copying.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Are you a manufacturer, an importer, or do you purchase such products directly from another EU country to place them on the market in Belgium? If so, you may be required to submit a declaration and pay a levy. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>
